Some air fresheners claim they can neutralize dead rat smells, however they don’t work as advertised and actually do more harm to you than you realize. HOW DO THEY WORK
StopOderz odour pod gels These products don’t just emit a pleasant lime scent of all-natural plant-based essential oil ingredients, they can literally neutralize the odour away so it is no longer permeating through the air. The product contains non-toxic natural ingredients and has a continuous release gel formulation that works round-the-clock to provide constant odour elimination day or night. Simply remove the seal and place the odour gel in rooms that contain foul smells. Each 250gram pod will last 15-30 days and will neutralise any unpleasant odour.

StopOdours odour bags were designed by our team of industrial chemists as a solution for the professional pest management industry. The odour bags incorporate a proprietary blend of 100% natural highly porous micropore granules including activated carbon and aluminium silicates (zeolites). The difference between other 'odour bags' sold in the market is that we used science to create a solution that actually works. The stopOdours bag granules are pre-impregnated with different chemicals to target a range of gaseous odours (Ammonia urea - Urine, sulfur dioxide and methane - decaying corpse, microbial volatile organic compounds - midlew/mould) based on molecular weights. The granules adsorb the foul gas molecules by trapping and condensing the gas deep inside the pores as air circulates, to clear the air of foul odours.

So whether it’s an unfortunate event (a dead mouse or rat, a pet or skunk urine) or an ongoing issue (garbage disposals, sump pumps, litter boxes and pet areas), StopOderz Gel works fast and its effects are long-lasting. Watch as the gel evaporates over 15 days. When you can’t smell it, you know it’s working! Place the StopOderz gel pods in the room where the odour is strongest.

If the dead animal (rat or mouse) cannot be found and is located in the ceiling or a wall cavity, then place 1-2 StopOdours odour bags in the ceiling as close as possible to where the odour is emitting. The odour bags will remain effective and adsorb the gaseous odours for up to 3 - 4 months to eradicate and eliminate the source of the foul smell.
